Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. 1) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Dalin Price for a conditional use for a business license to operate 'Big D's BBQ' business out of the property located at approximately 6621 South Hwy. 89/91. Tax Id. #10-048-0005. 2) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a code change to Title 11 'Subdivision Regulations' Chapter 5 'Requirement for Improvements, Reservations & Design' Section 9 'Utilities' to only require Public Utility Easements on the front of properties.
