Notice of Ordinance Passed
The Enoch City Council passed an Ordinance in a regular City Council meeting held on December 21, 2022 at the Enoch City Office located at 900 E. Midvalley Road, Enoch, UT.
- Ordinance No. 2022-12-21 an ordinance amending the General Plan Land Use Map and the Enoch Zoning Ordinance Zoning Map by changing the zoning of approximately 29.75 acres of property owned by Maven RE, LLC, Parcel #A-0800-0015-0000, located west of the Spanish Trails Estate Subdivision, from Single-Family Residential (R-1-11) to Rural Residential (R-R-1)
