SPRINGVILLE CITY 2023 ANNUAL NOTICE OF REGULA MEETINGS This notice is provided to inform the public of the dates of regular Springville City meetings for 2023. Notice of exact time, date, location, and subject matter for each public body will be provided in accordance with the Open and Public Meetings provisions in State Code. CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS: Regular meetings of the City Council are held in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center Building, 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah commencing at 7:00 p.m. on the first and third Tuesday of each month. Work meetings begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room and are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month. The second Tuesday is scheduled as the Directors' Meeting and begins at 5:30 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room. REGULAR MEETING DATE January 03 - 10 - 17 February 07 - 14 - 21 March 07 - 14 - 21 April 04 - 11 - 18 May 02 - 09 - 16 June 06 - 13 - 20 July 11 - 18 August 01 - 08 - 15 September 05 - 12 - 19 October 03 - 10 - 17 November 07 - 14 - 21 December 05 - 12 - 19 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS: Meetings may be canceled due to holidays or lack of agenda items. Regular meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and convene in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main Street, as posted. The study session before the first meeting of the month begins at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers. The second meeting each month is a study session and begins at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers. REGULAR MEETING DATE January 10 - 24 February 28 March 14 - 28 April 11 - 25 May 09 - 23 June 13 - 27 July 11 - 25 August 08 - 22 September 12 - 26 October 10 - 24 November 14 - 28 December 12 SPRINGVILLE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY: Regular meetings begin at 6:50 p.m. and convene in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main Street. Other meetings may be held as necessary at the call of the chairman and will be posted as required with a minimum of 24-hours' notice. MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY: Regular meetings begin at 6:40 p.m. and convene in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main Street. Other meetings may be held as necessary at the call of the chairman and will be posted as required with a minimum of 24-hours' notice. BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT: Meetings will be held only if there are agenda items. Meeting notices will be posted 24 hours in advance. DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE: Regular meetings begin at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday of the week following the Planning Commission meeting unless otherwise scheduled, and convene in the Civic Center Conference Room #217, 110 South Main Street. LANDMARKS PRESERVATION COMMISSION: Meetings will be held quarterly only if there are agenda items, on the second Thursday of the month at 5:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Room #217, 110 South Main Street. COMMUNITY BOARD: Meetings are at 5:30 p.m. the first Wednesday of the month and 6:30 a.m. the third Wednesday of the month unless otherwise noticed and convene in the Springville Civic Center Multipurpose Room, 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES: Regular meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. bi-monthly on the second Thursday of the month and convene in the Springville Library, 2nd Floor, Multipurpose Room, 45 South Main Street. PARKS, ARTS, AND RECREATION BOARD: Regular meetings begin at 5:45 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of the month unless otherwise noticed and convene in the Springville Civic Center, Multipurpose Room, 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. UTILITY BOARD: Regular meetings begin at 6:30 a.m. on the second Wednesday of the month and convene at the Springville Electric Operations Center, Conference Room, 777 North 425 West *Please note that meetings may be canceled due to holidays or lack of agenda items.
