- Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR Tuesday, December 27, 2022 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 PM. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION APPROVAL OF MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION WORK AND REGULAR MEETING - DECEMBER 13, 2022. PUBLIC HEARING - (Legislative) 1. Moderate Income Housing Plan Element - GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT The City proposes to amend the Moderate Income Housing Plan Element of the General Plan to incorporate legislative requirements passed in House Bill 462. 2. JT Layton Crossing - CONDITIONAL USE The applicant, John Sawyer, on behalf of Mountain West Veterinary Hospital, is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a veterinary clinic at this location. The property is located at 936 North Main Street. PUBLIC REVIEW - (Administrative) 3. Bollwinkel Subdivision - PRELIMINARY PLAT The applicant, Hugh Parke, representing the parcel owners, Chaz and Amy Bollwinkel, is requesting preliminary plat approval for the Bollwinkel Subdivision for the purpose of dedicating street right-of-way. The property is located at 202 South 3200 West. ADJOURNMENT
