- Notice is hereby given that the Central Valley Town Council will meet on, Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows. The order of business may be changed as time permits. 1. Meeting Called to Order; Pledge of Allegiance; Invocation 2. Approval of Minutes: November 16, 2022 & December 1, 2022 3. Review and Approval of Monthly Expenditures: November 2022 4. Planning and Zoning: Short Term Rental Ordinance Discussion 5. Discussion and Approval: Town Council Meeting Schedule for 2023 6. Approve: Observed Holidays 2023 7. Appoint and Approve: Mayor Pro Tem 2023 8. Approve: Public Entity Resolution: 2022-006: Authorized Users for iPas 9. Approve: Resolution 2023-001: Compensation for Elected and Appointed Officials, and Employees 10. Approval to Appoint/Hire a Code Enforcement Officer 11. Department Concerns and Council Member Reports 12. Adjournment Posted December 20, 2022.
