NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL
PUBLIC HEARING
The Orem City Council will hold the following public hearings on January 10, 2023, at approximately 6:00 p.m. to consider the following:
PUBLIC HEARING - Amending the Agreement dated October 22, 1993, relating to the property located generally at 380 East 240 North to modify certain use and occupancy restrictions pertaining to the subject property. PUBLIC HEARING - Amending Figure 2.1 (Land Use Map) of the Orem General Plan Map by amending the land use designation on State Street from the Mixed-Use District designation to the Community Commercial designation.
The proposed amendments are available in the Office of Development Services, Room #105, 56 North State Street, Orem, Utah. If you have any questions regarding the proposed zone change or amendments, contact the Development Services Department at 229-7058.
