- MEETING SCHEDULE FOR MORGAN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION 2023 Morgan City Planning Commission meetings will be held on the dates listed below. They are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm., in the Council Room of the City Office located at 90 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah. Meeting will be broadcast on YouTube and live streamed for viewing by the public on the City's website morgancityut.org. January 17th February 21st March 21st April 18th May 16th June 20th July 18th August 15th September 19th October 17th November 21st December 19th Meetings will be held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month begin at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise posted. A work session will be held prior to each meeting if needed.
