- The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 3, 2023 during the regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 1:00pm or shortly thereafter at the Brian Head Town Hall located at 56 N. Hwy. 143, Brian Head UT 84719. The public is invited to attend and give public input on the proposed amendments to the Brian Head Town Code, Title 9: BRIAN HEAD LAND MANAGEMENT CODE Chapter 7, Zone District Regulations - Village Commercial The proposed amendments are for the Village Commercial (CV) Zone addressing parking. A draft of the proposed amendments will be available for public inspection at the Brian Head town offices during normal business hours M-F 9:00am to 4:00 pm by calling 435-677-2029 or you can email the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov no later than December 30, 2022 by 4:30 pm. The office of the Town Clerk is located at 56 N. Hwy. 143 - PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719 All written comments are automatically forwarded to the Town Council for their review.
