DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. December 14, 2022
2. Conditional Use Permit
A. 150 SOUTH 2022 AT&T CELL TOWER MODIFICATION. The proposal involves upgrading equipment on an existing tower located at 1449 East 150 South.
B. 300 EAST 2022 AT&T CELL TOWER MODIFICATION. The proposal involves upgrading equipment on an existing tower located at 1296 North 300 East.
C. 300 EAST 2022 T-MOBILE CELL TOWER GENERATOR MODIFICATION. The proposal involves upgrading equipment on an existing tower located at 1296 North 300 East.
3. Site Plan
A. DUTCH BROS COFFEE. The proposal involves a commercial development located at 193 East 1000 North.
B. MOUNTAIN COUNTRY FOODS PLANT 1 ADDITION. The proposal involves further industrial development of a parcel located at 1823 North 200 West.
4. Final Plat
A. ANNIE'S ACRES PLAT C. The proposal involves creating 23 residential units for a master planned development located at 1160 South Annie's Lane.
B. RIVER RUN TOWNHOMES PLAT C. The proposal involves creating 40 residential units for a townhome development located at 200 East Volunteer Drive.
C. JOHNSON SUBDIVISION PLAT A. The proposal involves reapproval of a final plat for a Master Planned Development including twenty-three residential lots located at approximately 1000 South 3400 East.
5. Title 12 Amendments
A. CONSTRUCTION SITE MAINTENANCE AND CLEANUP. Potential amendment to Municipal Code Title 12 in order to address keeping construction sites free of debris and trash.
