NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY WEST VALLEY CITY, UTAH Public notice is hereby given that the meeting schedule for the West Valley City Redevelopment Agency for the year 2023 shall be as follows: Regular meetings are usually scheduled quarterly (unless otherwise specified) on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m., or as soon as the City Council Meeting is completed, in the City Council Chambers, West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah. All meetings of the Redevelopment Agency are open to the public unless closed pursuant to the applicable provisions of Utah's Open and Public Meetings Act. A written agenda of each open meeting will be posted in the lobby of City Hall, on the City's website www.wvc.ut-gov and on the State Public Meeting Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov no later than 24 hours preceding such meeting. A copy of the agenda shall be provided to at least one newspaper of general circulation within the City or to a local media correspondent. Scheduled meeting dates for the Redevelopment Agency are as follows: January 3, 2023 Annual Meeting April 4, 2023 Regular Meeting May 2, 2023 Regular Meeting June 6, 2023 Regular Meeting October 3, 2023 Regular Meeting Dated this 25th day of December, 2022.
