PUBLIC NOTICE ENTERPRISE CITY COUNCIL AND PLANNING COMMISSION 2023 MEETING SCHEDULE Pursuant to section 54-4-6, Utah code annotated 1953, the City of Enterprise, Utah hereby gives notice that the Enterprise City Council holds its regular Council Meeting on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month starting at 7:00 PM in the Enterprise City Council Chambers, 375 South 200 East, Enterprise, Utah. JANUARY 11 JANUARY 25 FEBRUARY 8 FEBRUARY 22 MARCH 8 MARCH 22 APRIL 12 APRIL 26 MAY 10 MAY 24 JUNE 14 JUNE 28 JULY 12 JULY 26 AUGUST 9 AUGUST 23 SEPTEMBER 13 SEPTEMBER 27 OCTOBER 11 OCTOBER 25 NOVEMBER 8 DECEMBER 13 Also, pursuant to section 54-4-6, Utah code annotated 1953, the City of Enterprise hereby gives notice that the Enterprise Planning Commission holds its regular Planning Meeting on the Tuesday prior to the first City Council meeting each month starting at 7:00 PM in the Enterprise City Council Chambers, 375 South 200 East, Enterprise, Utah. JANUARY 10 JULY 11 FEBRUARY 7 AUGUST 8 MARCH 7 SEPTEMBER 12 APRIL 11 OCTOBER 10 MAY 9 NOVEMBER 7 JUNE 13 DECEMBER 12 The City of Enterprise, in compliance with the Americans with disabilities act, provides accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those citizens in need of assistance. Persons requesting these accommodations for City sponsored public meetings, services, programs or events should call the Enterprise City Office at 878-2221, giving at least two working days notice. Citizens may request an opportunity to give opening remarks at a public meeting by contacting the City Office. Items for the City Council agendas must be submitted no later than 12:00 pm. (Noon) the Friday prior to the meeting, or longer if required by law for noticing or other requirements, and may be moved to a later agenda at the discretion of the City. Items for the Planning Commission agendas must be submitted 3 weeks in advance of the desired Planning Commission meeting, and may be moved to a later agenda at the discretion of the City.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the City Office at (435) 878-2221 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
