AMENDMENT TO ZONING MAP OF OAKLEY CITY
On December 14, 2022, at the regularly scheduled Oakley City Council meeting, Ordinance 2022-03 was formally adopted and is effective as of this posting date, December 19, 2022.

Ordinance 2022-03 establishes a rezone for the parcel identified above and as exhibited on the posted Oakley City Map that accompanies this notice. The above referenced parcel is rezoned from RR-1 (Rural Residential) to CR-2 (Community Residential).
This ordinance is available in its entirety for viewing at the Oakley City offices, located at 960 West Center Street, Oakley Utah 84055, Monday thru Thursday during the hours of operation 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
