- NOTICE Morgan City Building Authority (MBA) will hold meetings during 2023. These meetings will be held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month as needed. The scheduled time for these meetings may vary, but they will be held prior to the City Council meeting, in the Council Room of the City Office located at 90 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah. Meetings will be broadcast on YouTube and live streamed for viewing by the public on the City's website morgancityut.org. Any change to these scheduled times will be posted as required.
