NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
FOR A SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO DAVIS COUNTY'S 2022-2023
ANNUAL ACTION PLAN
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday January 24, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. a Public Hearing will be held in Room 303, Commission Chambers, Administration Building, 61 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah, before the Davis County Commission to accept public comments on the following:
- A Substantial Amendment to the County's 2022-2023 Annual Action Plan (AAP). The AAP outlines the County's annual funding priorities for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
- The County is responsible for the development, administration, and implementation of the AAP in accordance with the CDBG program guidelines. The AAP covers the 18 month period from July 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023.
Prior to approving any recommendations, the Davis County Commission will consider and review all public comments, as well as recommendations provided by the Community & Economic Development Department. This is the only public hearings on this matter. If you are unable to attend, written comments may be submitted to rsteinbeigle@daviscountyutah.gov. Comments will also be accepted by mail to: Davis County CED, Attn: Grants Administrator - Suite 304, PO Box 618, Farmington, UT 84025.

Por la presente se notifica que el martes 24 de enero de 2023 a las 10:00 a. m. se llevar a cabo una Audiencia P blica en la Sala 303, Salas de la Comisi n, Edificio Administrativo, 61 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah, ante la Comisi n del Condado de Davis para aceptar comentarios p blicos. en lo siguiente:
- Una Enmienda Sustancial al Plan de Acci n Anual (AAP) 2022-2023 del Condado. La AAP describe las prioridades de financiaci n anuales del condado para el programa de subvenci n en bloque para el desarrollo comunitario (CDBG) financiado por el Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano (HUD) de EE. UU.
- El condado es responsable del desarrollo, la administraci n y la implementaci n del AAP de acuerdo con las pautas del programa CDBG. El AAP cubre el per odo de 18 meses desde el 1 de julio de 2022 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2023.
