- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. At 6:05 conduct a public hearing to receive public input and consider for approval a request from Larry Leckenby at 119 East 200 North for a conditional use for a 3 dog kennel 7. Discuss Goodtimer signage 8. Mayor Bailey and Councilman Carl Leatham to discuss the South Cache Corridor study 9. Discuss required setback requirements on a corner lot when the entrance to the garage is on the street that is not the street that has the required frontage 10. Other zoning matters
