DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.

2. Preliminary Plat
A. WILLOWBROOK COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION. The proposal involves re-approval of a Preliminary Plat creating 2 lots for a nonresidential development located at approximately 1200 North Market Place Drive.
3. Final Plat
A. CANYON VIEW MEADOWS PLAT A1. The proposal involves re-approval of a Final Plat creating 28 residential lots for a development located at approximately 1250 South 3400 East.
B. RIDGELINE PARKWAY COMMUNITY. The proposal involves amending a five lot subdivision for an apartment development located at 1347 North 1620 East.
