NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE EMERY COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT EMERY COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District will meet at 5:30 p.m. on December 19th, 2022, in the Emery County Courthouse located at 75 East Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah, in the Box Conference Room. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. 5:30 pm A Public Hearing to receive comments on amending the 2022 budget of the Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District. 2. Consideration and approval of amendments to the 2022 budget of Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District 3. 5:30 pm A Public Hearing to receive comments on the 2023 budget of the Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District. 4. Consideration and approval of the 2023 budget of Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District. 5. Approval of minutes for the November 21, 2022, meeting and the December 13, 2022, special meeting. 6. UFRA comments and business. 7. Forestry, Fire, and State Lands comments and business. 8. Burn Paperwork Discussion. For DNR PC Agreement. By Dec 31st. 9. BLM comments and business. 10. Discuss and Vote for the sale of old Fire Trucks and transfer of titles to the cities. 11. Board Training is needed by Dec 31st. 12. Radio Grant 13. Fire Truck Replacement Project. Phase 2 Update: Mark 14. Fire Truck Replacement Project. Phase 3 Update: Mark 15. Local Building Authority Agenda Item: - Consideration and adoption of a Resolution authorizing an annually renewable Lease, a Master Resolution, Security Documents, and the issuance and sale by the Authority of its Local Building Authority of Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District, Emery County, Utah Lease Revenue Bond, Series 2023, to finance the cost of acquiring fire trucks and related public safety equipment; calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of Lease Revenue Bonds and any impact to the private sector from the acquisition of the public safety equipment to be funded by the Bonds, and authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated. 16. Consideration and adoption of a Resolution authorizing an annually renewable Lease, a Master Resolution, Security Documents, and the issuance and sale by the Authority of its Local Building Authority of Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District, Emery County, Utah Equipment Lease Revenue Bond, Series 2023, to finance the cost of acquiring fire trucks and related public safety equipment, and authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated. 17.
