- SECOND CDBG PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES SIX COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS SECOND CDBG PUBLIC HEARING HELD (Scipio Town Offices, 5 N State St, Scipio, UT 84656, December 8, 2022 at 7:00p.m.) The Scipio Town second CDBG public hearing was held on Thursday, December 8, 2022, in the Scipio Town Offices, 5 N State St, Scipio, UT 84656 meeting commenced at 7:00p.m. Present: Mayor- Tom Memmott/Council- James Winget, Richard Probert, Casey Hatch Public in attendance- No public City Recorder: Rebecca Bond City Clerk: Rebecca Bond City Attorney: Justin W. Wayment, P.C. Opening of bids received: Mayor Memmott opened the public hearing for the CDBG opening of bids received. One bid received from Ensign Engineering. Price cost of each area were as follows: Fee's: $29,500 Fence around Pickle ball court: $83,000 Sand Volleyball Court: $81,000 Rest Rooms: $217,000 Sprinkler System: $125,000 There were not any questions or comments. The hearing was adjourned at 7:15 pm.
