- NOTICE OF MEETING HILLSIDE REVIEW BOARD CITY OF ST. GEORGE WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH Public Notice Notice is hereby given that the Hillside Review Board of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold meetings at the referenced site on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, commencing on-site at approximately 9:00 a.m. The estimated site times are in bold. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Consider a request for a hillside development permit to determine the ridgeline on lot 29 of South Rim at Formaster Ridge for the construction of an infinity pool. The property is currently zoned R-1-10 (Single Family Residential, minimum lot size 10,000sf). The site is located at 1682 E. Howard Drive. The applicant is Ryan Andrews and Tonya Shepard. Case No. 2022-HS-019. Meeting time is approx. 9:00 am 2. Approval of the meeting minutes from the November 2, 2022 meeting.
