NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PLANNING COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING Planning Commission December 15, 2022 @ 5:30 PM 2603 Santa Clara Drive Santa Clara, Utah 84765 Phone: (435) 673-6712 Email: contact@sccity.org Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Clara, Washington County, Utah, will hold a Planning Commission Special Meeting in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah, on Thursday, December 15, 2022, commencing at 5:30 PM. The meeting will be broadcasted via YouTube linked on our website at https://sccity.org/meetings. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order 2. Opening Ceremony A. Pledge of Allegiance: Curtis Whitehead B. Opening Comments (Invocation): Curtis Whitehead 3. Communications and Appearances 4. Working Agenda A. Public Hearing 1. Consider a proposed General Plan Amendment for property located at approximately 2900 Pioneer Parkway (Parcel #SC-SB-103-B-N-1, 7.94 acres). The applicant, Andy Bentley, is requesting a General Plan Amendment from Open Space, OS to Medium Density Residential, MDR on 5.38 acres of property to allow for clustered townhomes. The remaining 2.56 acres of property will stay in the Open Space, OS designation. B. Public Meeting 2. Consider a proposed Partial Plat Amendment for The Hills at Santa Clara Subdivision, Phase 3 (Lots 303, 304 and 305) located at 3930 Hillside Way. Brett Boyce, applicant. 3. Consider a Final Subdivision Plat for Coyote Landing at Deserts Edge, Phase 1, generally located east of 400 East and north of North Town Road. Robert Smith, applicant. 5. General Business A.
