- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION IN THE SANPETE MESSENGER DECEMBER 14TH 2022 NOTICE OF HEARING Manti City will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Manti City Building, 50 South Main Street, Manti, Utah. The purpose of this public hearing is to accept public comment relative to the proposed sale of approximately 3.8 acres owned by Manti City, across the street to the north of the northeast corner of the Manti Cemetery and directly west of highway 89. Encompassing all of parcel 7236 and portions of parcels 7236-16, 7236-18 and 7236-21 as designated on the land records of Sanpete County. The proposed sale would be for the development of a commercial subdivision. Interested parties may attend the hearing or present written comment to Manti City. Written comment may be delivered or mailed to arrive at the Manti City offices, 50 South Main Street, Manti, Utah 84642, prior to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2022.
