Public hearing and consideration of Fox Brother Properties' request for approval of a concept plan for Fox Shop 2 located at 461 North 500 West, including an exception request for the location of the building entrance. 2.3. Public hearing and recommendation of Perry Home's request for preliminary subdivision review of Fox Canyon Townhomes Plats J1 and L1 including 143 townhome units located at approximately 5400 North Fox Canyon Road with HDR1 and HDR2 Land Use Designations in the Traverse Mountain Planned Community. 2.4. Public hearing and recommendation of Perry Home's request for preliminary subdivision review of Fox Canyon Plats A1 and I1 including 41 single family lots located at approximately 5400 North Fox Canyon Road with the Flex Land Use Designations in the Traverse Mountain Planned Community. 2.5. Public hearing and consideration of Yesco's request for Conditional Use approval of the Westlake Emergency Center Pylon Sign located at approximately 700 North Redwood Road. 2.6. Public hearing and consideration of Yesco's request for Conditional Use approval of the Thanksgiving Point Pylon Sign located at 2851 North Triumph Boulevard. 2.7. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of a Development Code Amendment to various chapters (5, 12, 26) of the Development Code updating requirements for Portable Storage Containers. 2.8. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Chapter 37 and Table 37.070 adding dog parks as an option to fulfill the multi-family amenity requirement. 2.9. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of a Development Code Amendment to Chapter 11 adding requirements for a final plat with no improvements. 2.10. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of revisions to the Moderate Income Element of the General Plan Goals, Strategies, and Timeline. 2.11. Public Hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of an amendment to the Lehi Bike and Pedestrian Master Plan to add regional bike facilities to the bike map. 3. City Business 4.
