Cleveland Town Council Meeting December 8, 2022 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: Opening Flag Ceremony Minutes: Public Comment: Limited to 10 minutes. This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence. Please limit your comments to three minutes. State Law prohibits the council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. In this form of government, all town administrative personnel are under the direction of the mayor, not the council. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding administrative staff with the mayor. Action Agenda: 1. Swear in New Mayor 2. Approve new council member from applicants. 3. Palnnig and Zoning Chair has recommendation, Tracy Randall. 4. Adopt Ordinance No. 12082022 Annexation of property for Michelle Priano. 5. Approve Renewal of Chelsea Salas Lease of Old Town Hall for 2023. 6. Make and approve next year's meeting schedule for Town Council. 7. Discuss/ set public hearing for water/sewer charge. 8. Discuss/Approve buying of cameras for garbage dump. 9. Discuss 'Cost of Living' raise for next budget year. 10. Review bills for payment. 11. Council Reports 12. Adjourn Meeting. If there is any portion of the meeting that is closed to the public, the reason must clearly be stated and a roll call vote taken The next regular Council Meeting will be held on Jan. 12, 2022 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
