Cleveland Town Council Meeting PUBLIC HEARING December 8, 2022 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland, UT 84518 Call to Order: Flag Ceremonies: Opening Ceremonies: Pledge Questions for the Mayor and Council Limited to 10 minutes This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence. Please limit your comments to three minutes. State Law prohibits the council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. In this form of government, all town administrative personnel are under the direction of the mayor, not the council. Please discuss any concerns you may have regarding administrative staff with the mayor. Action Agenda: 1. Receive public comment about Michelle Priano proposed annexation of Parcel 03-0062-005 Beginning at the East Quarter Corner of Section 13, Township 17 South, Range 9 East, SLB&M, said point being on the existing Cleveland City Boundary; thence S 01°01'55' E, 1333.24 feet along said Cleveland City Boundary and the Section Line to the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 13; thence S 88°57'48' W, 666.55 feet along the south line of the said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence N 00°59'19', 1332.26 feet to the Cleveland City Boundary; thence N 88°52'46' E, 665.54 feet along said Cleveland City Boundary to the point of beginning. 2. Adjourn meeting If there is any portion of the meeting that is closed to the public, the reason must clearly be stated and a roll call vote taken The next regular Council Meeting will be held on January 12, 2023 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
