NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Eureka Recreation Committee will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows:
1. ROLL CALL.
2. DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS:
a. Discussion & Finalizing plans for our Gingerbread House Party sponsored by our committee.
b. Discussion & Finalizing plans for assisting PTO with Santa sacks.
c. Review Draft of Donation Letter for Tintic Silver Jubilee 2023.
d. Review and Discussion of Jr. Jazz for the 2022-2023 season.
3. ADJOURNMENT.
