PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.

A. CANYON COURT CONCEPT.
B. BINGHAM CONCEPT.
C. HIGHWAY 6 STORAGE UNITS CONCEPT.
3. Site Plan
A. FIRE STATION 61 TEMPORARY HOUSING UNIT. The proposal involves the construction of temporary housing units to be located at 370 North Main Street.
B. FAIRGROUNDS MILL RACE CANAL ENCLOSURE. The proposal involves the enclosure of a portion of the Mill Race canal at the fairgrounds on property located at approximately 400 South 200 East.
4. General Plan Amendment
A. TRANSPORTATION ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN 22.06. The proposal involves a revision to the Transportation Master Plan.
