NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO THE GENERAL PLAN
In accordance with Utah Code ยง10-9A-204, the Harrisville City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at 7:00 PM, at the Harrisville City Hall located at 363 West Independence Blvd, Harrisville, Utah 84404.
Harrisville City intends to make updates to the General Plan during the 2023 calendar year related to Moderate Income Housing. All interested persons in attendance shall be given an opportunity to be heard, and may provide comments, for or against the resolution to amend the Moderate-Income Housing Elements of the General Plan to include the 2022 Moderate Income Housing Report. The changes will have citywide applicability.
Affected entities and the public are encouraged to provide information to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing the amendments to the General Plan concerning moderate-income housing strategies and implementation policies.
