NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE DISTRICT TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2023.
The Board of Trustees of Jepson Canyon Public Infrastructure District No. 1 will hold a Public Hearing at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 16, 2022, at the office of Snow Jensen & Reece, P.C., 912 West 1600 South, Suite B-200, St. George, UT 84770.
The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on adopting the District Tentative Budget as the Final Budget for Calendar Year 2023.
Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative budget of any fund.
