Description/Agenda: BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCE NO. 22-25 Notice is hereby given that on December 1, 2022, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinance No. 22-25, amending City Code Chapter 29.14, Industrial Districts, to include a new use category - all-purpose cleaners, tire shines, degreasers, glass cleaner, windshield washer fluid, interior carpet shampoo, and other similar product. The Ordinance shall take effect on December 5, 2022. A copy of the ordinance is available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.org.
