NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE DISTRICT TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2023.
The Board of Trustees of ROAM Public Infrastructure District No. 2 will hold a Public Hearing at 10:35 a.m. on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at the office of Snow Jensen & Reece, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., Suite B-200, St. George, UT 84770.
The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on adopting the District Tentative Budget as the Final Budget for Calendar Year 2023.
Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative budget of any fund.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing reasonable accommodation to fully participate in this hearing should notify Natasha Asmus at (435) 628-3688 at least one full business day prior to the hearing.
