Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct public hearings as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:25 p.m. In the following order: 1) The council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission to consider for possible approval the preliminary for the Winward Subdivision consisting of 2 lots total, located at 169 West 100 North. Tax Id. #11-081-0052 2) The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission to consider for possible approval the preliminary plan for the Cooper Subdivision consisting of 5 lots total, located at approximately 600 South 200 West. Tax Id. #10-037-0010 3) The council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from the Planning Commission to consider for approval a code change to Title 11 'Subdivision Regulations' Chapter 5 'Requirement for Improvements, Reservations & Design' Section 9 'Utilities' to only require Public Utility Easements on the front of properties. 4) The council shall receive public input, then consider for approval a resolution formalizing the creation of a Cooperative Career Service Council in Cache Valley to support deal more efficiently with the parties in addressing personal grievances.
