Farmington City, a city located in Davis County, Utah, intends to commence the preparation of an independent and comprehensive Impact Fee Facilities Plan for parks and recreation and therefore, pursuant to the provisions of 11-36a-501 and 503 of the Utah Code, as amended 2011, notice is hereby provided to you of the intent of Farmington to create an Impact Fee Facilities Plan. The proposed capital facilities will be located in the City's boundaries and potential annexation areas. Those receiving this Notice are invited to provide information to be considered in adopting the impact fee facilities plan. For information about the Impact Fee Facilities Plan, please contact Chad Boshell at 160 South Main Street, Farmington UT 84025 or e-mail cboshell@farmington.utah.gov. Any information received should be provided in writing.
