Description/Agenda: NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled city Planning Commission meeting on December 14, 2022, at 7:05 p.m. at the Fillmore City council chambers located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding a preliminary plat review for The Retreat Commercial Subdivision located at approximately 800 South Highway 99 parcel F-7061-1-2, applicant Mike Petersen of Heber Valley Properties.
