The Oakley City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at 7:00 pm. The public hearing will be held in-person at City Hall and via the Zoom platform. ZOOM Meeting I.D. 820 258 4629 Passcode: 777869 The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding an amendment to official zoning map of parcel OT-117 - 4685 N. Millrace Road. 2.13 acres. - Applicant is Daniel and Chandler Smith - Applicant desires CR-2 (.5 acre density) which will give 4 development rights. - Current zoning is RR-1 which allows for 2 development rights. PLEASE NOTE: Public comment will be received during the Public Hearing section of this meeting. Please keep your comments to 3 minutes. Public comments can also be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com prior to 12:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. These comments will be reviewed by Councilpersons prior to meeting of City Council. In compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this hearing should notify the City recorder, Amy Rydalch at (435) 783-5734 at least 3 days prior to the hearing.
