- TOQUERVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION December 14, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. 212 N. Toquer Blvd. Toquerville, Utah 84774 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS DURING THE REGULAR PLANNNING COMMISSION MEETING DECEMBER 14, 2022, CONVENING AT 6:00 P.M.: 1. Public input is sought on a nightly rental application submitted by Kaesha Fry. Tax ID T-125-D-1-A. Current zoning is Agriculture A-1. 2. Public input is sought on Ordinance 2022.XX - Nightly Rental Ordinance to establish conditions for Commercial Zones. 3. Public input is sought on Ordinance 2022.XX - Licensing of a property manager for a Nightly Rental Development. 4. Public input is sought on Ordinance 2022.XX - RV Ordinance to create standards and requirements for recreational vehicle parks. 5. Public input is sought on a zone change application submitted by Bob Litchfield. Tax ID #'s: T-163-A-1-A current zoning is Single Family Residential R-1-20/Highway Commercial, T-168-E current zoning is Single Family Residential R-1-20 and T-163-A-2 current zoning is Single Family Residential R-1-20. Copies of applications and ordinance drafts are available for review at the Toquerville City Office (212 North Toquer Boulevard) In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the City Office 435.635.1094, at least 48 hours in advance.
