Loa Town Request for Proposals/Qualifications - Loa Town is soliciting statements of qualifications and proposals from qualified General Contractors/Engineering Firms for sidewalks and lighting on main street in Loa Town. This Request for a Statement of Qualification and Proposals ('RFQ') is being issued as a bidding process to select a qualified contractor/firm to provide construction services for the aforementioned project.
