The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Resolution:
Ordinance 22-21: Ordinance 22-21-Amending Definitions in NCC 5.06.030 Municipal Telecommunications License Tax
When: December 8, 2022, at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah
A full report will be posted on the City's website by December 6, 2022, as part of the City Council's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website. You may submit comments in writing before the meeting either by mail to Nibley City Hall or email to cheryl@nibleycity.com.
