HARRISVILLE CITY PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISPOSE OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY
The Harrisville City Police Department hereby gives notice of intent to dispose of unclaimed property pursuant to UCA §77-24a-5, UCA §24-3-103, and UCA §24-3-103(5). Unclaimed property has been held for at least three (3) months, and the owner(s) cannot be determined or located.
The Harrisville Police Department is in possession of numerous unclaimed bicycles and other personal property that has been turned over to the city as found property, or held as safekeep. All property not claimed by the rightful owner by the close of business on December 30th, 2022 will be disposed of.
If you believe you have property that is in the possession of the Harrisville Police Department, please call (801) 782-4100 ext. 1001 and describe the property you are missing.
