- Notice of Public Hearing Regarding Proposed Adoption of Standby Fee and Administrative Fees for Will-Serve Agreements The Washington County Water Conservancy District intends to impose an administrative fee, extension fee, and monthly stand-by fee in connection with the issuance of will-serve agreements by the District. The District will hold a public hearing for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the proposed fees and to explain the reasons for the proposed fees at the District's office at 533 East Water Works Drive on December 7, 2022 at 6:00 pm.
