PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN THAT the Tooele Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during their business meeting scheduled for Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall located at 90 North Main Street, Tooele, Utah. Public Hearing on a Conditional Use Permit request by Tim Ryan representing Bout Time Pub and Grub to authorize the use of 'Private Club / Bar' to occur on property located at 615 North Main Street on .80 acres in the GC General Commercial zoning district.
