Kaysville City Public Hearing Notice The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 8, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: An application from John V. Flint & Shauna S. Flint, who are requesting a zone change for 391 North Flint Street from A-1 Light Agricultural District to R-M Multiple Family Residential District. The property is 6.43 acres and they are also requesting that 1.84 acres fronting Flint Street be zoned with a Mixed Use Zoning District Overlay. Comments may be submitted by attending the public hearing in person or through an online form at: https://www.kaysvillecity.com/435/Planning-Commission (comment form is at the bottom of the webpage). All submitted comments are immediately electronically delivered to the Planning Commission members and City staff.
