- Rich County PLANNING AND ZONING PUBLIC HEARING Plat amendment/utility easement vacation The Rich County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to take input on a proposal to amend two lots (5 and 6)in the south eden ranch subdivision and abandon utility easements. The meeting will be held: Thursday, December 8th, 2022, 2:00 pm at the Garden City Offices (lakeview room) 69 N. paradise pkwy. Garden City Ut. This meeting will also be held electronically via the 'zoom' platform: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89639019435 Written comments longer than one page must be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Administrator by 5:00 p.m., on December 6th, 2022. The administrator can be reached at 208-847-5275. Mailed comments can be sent to the following address:P.O. Box 472 Garden City, UT. 84028 Public comment may be limited to 5 minutes at the public hearing. Services for persons with disabilities may be made available by calling the office of the Planning and Zoning Administrator three (3) days in advance of the hearing.
