Description/Agenda

The North Logan Planning Commission hereby announces public hearings to be held on Thursday, December 15, 2022 in the Meeting Room at the North Logan City Library at 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, UT. These hearings are as follows: 1. 6:35 PM ZTA-2022-05: PUBLIC HEARING and potential recommendation regarding a city-initiated zoning text amendment to multiple sections of the NLMC, intended to clarify both residential and non-residential parking surface material requirements. 2. 6:40 PM ZTA-2022-06: PUBLIC HEARING and potential recommendation regarding a city-initiated zoning text amendment to NLMC Section 12D, intended to establish a subdivision concept plan expiration timeline. Proposed amendments will be available for review at the North Logan City Office. Interested citizens are invited to attend.
