- Town of Castle Valley Notice of Request for Proposal The Town of Castle Valley will accept proposals from qualified engineers or engineering firms with experience in designing and implementing low water road crossing projects. Project will be funded in whole or in part by the Department of Housing and Community Development. The successful awardee will be responsible for compliance with all applicable federal and state requirements. Copies of the RFP are available at www.castlevalleyutah.com.
