NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove Appeal Authority Officer will hold a Public Meeting for Variances on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. in the City Hall Conference Room in City Hall located at 70 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Variance from City Code Section 10-15-38A: Fencing Standards, Front Yard
(North Field Neighborhood)
Public meeting to consider a request of Magleby Construction for a variance from City Code Section 10-15-38A: Fencing Standards, Front Yard, which requires all fences located in any front yard perimeter to be built to a maximum of three feet (3') with the exception of fences that are not sight obscuring, which can be built to a maximum of four feet (4'). The property is located at approx. 911 West 2600 North in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone.
