Description/Agenda: WEST VALLEY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING This meeting will be held in person in the City Council Chambers at West Valley City Hall 3600 Constitution Boulevard West Valley City, UT 84119, and electronically via Zoom at: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84610414968 Board of Adjustment Meeting 12/7/2022 @ 6:00 p.m. VARIANCE B-6-2022 MATTHEW OBORN, representing Wasatch Commercial Builders, is requesting two variances from the West Valley City Code. Both variance requests are from Section 7-6-303(3)(a). This section requires that the minimum setback adjacent to a street be permanently landscaped and that fences above 3 feet in height be prohibited within the minimum setback adjacent to a street. The applicant is asking that both requirements be waived due in part to the existing right-of-way being a dead-end street and that the required landscaping and fencing location is not visible to the general public using Printers Row (2300 South). The property is located at 1820 West Printers Row and is zoned M (Manufacturing).
