The following public hearing was originally scheduled for the November 16, 2022 City Council meeting. The November 16, 2022 City Council public hearing for the proposed zone change was cancelled. The public hearing for the proposed zone change is rescheduled for the December 14, 2022 City Council meeting and is as follows. PUBLIC HEARING Notice of Public Hearing on December 14, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. to be held at the Salem City Office, located at 30 West 100 South, Salem, to consider a Zone Change Request. TO ALL CITIZENS OF SALEM CITY, UTAH COUNTY, UTAH You and each of you are hereby notified that the City Council of Salem City has appointed the time of 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 for the purpose of a public hearing to consider a request from Central Utah Water Conservancy District for a zone change on approximately 92.23 acres of property located at approximately 1280 S 1700 E from A-1 (agriculture) to P-F (public facility). All public is invited to attend this hearing and be heard in regards to the proposed zone change.
