- PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given the Hinckley Town Council has changed the meeting time for their regularly scheduled meeting to 6:00 pm on the first and third Thursday of each month. The meetings will be held in the Town Council Chambers at 161 E 300 N, Hinckley, UT.
