Notice of Intent to Amend Affordable Housing Element of the
Cottonwood Heights General Plan
Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a city-initiated minor amendment to update the Affordable Housing element of the city's General Plan. The purpose of the amendment is to incorporate language from the 2022 affordable housing update report and bring the plan into full compliance with current State Code requirements found in Utah Code Ann. 10-9a-408. This notice is given pursuant to Utah Code Ann. 10-9a-203.
A public hearing on the proposal will be held at Cottonwood Heights City Hall (Council Chambers), 2277 East Bengal Boulevard, on Wednesday, December 7th at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. Commissioners may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a commissioner does participate via telephonic communication, the commissioner will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other commissioners can hear the individual.
