1. Appeal #1607 - Jeff Sonnenberg - An alleged error application related to Utah County Community Developments determination that the definition of domestic livestock does not include rats and mice raised as a food source for reptiles.
2. Appeal #1608 - Keith and SaraLynne Petersen - A variance request for the reduction of the minimum parcel width from 250 feet to 130 feet for a proposed one-family dwelling in the RA-5 zone. Located at 2103 West Palmyra Dr, Section 10 T8S R2E, in the Palmyra area of unincorporated Utah County.
3. Appeal #1609 - Frogtown Solar - A conditional use request for a proposed solar energy facility as an electrical power generation facility in the M&G-1 Zone. Located at approximately 5600 South 16000 West, Sections 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, and 16, T8S R2W, Cedar Valley/Coyote Pass area of unincorporated Utah County
4. Appeal #1610 - David Broderick - A conditional use request for a commercial dog kennel, in the Residential Agricultural (RA-5) Zone. Located at 5310 South 3200 West, Sec. 8, T8S R2E, in the Lake Shore area of unincorporated Utah County
